• The mandate of the ethics committee is to ensure that the trainees are aware of what ethics is and how to respond to ethical dilemmas as professionals by enrolling on the MTN ethics courses.
• To ensure that external parties are exposed to the MTN CA training programme via initiatives such as varsity visits.
• To ensure that internal parties are exposed to the MTN CA training programme via the publishing of quarterly Newsletters.
• To expose the trainees to those that have gone before them, whether CA’s or not, through the hosting of “meet the leader” interactive sessions. Speakers cover a wide range from an MTN CA trainee alumni to the MTN Group CFO.
• To aid in the facilitation of the participation of CA trainees in the MTN 21 days of Y’ello care campaign.
